Circuit City announced January 16, 2009 that it was going out of business. As result of the stores closing, all the merchandise is on sale. Over this past weekend I went to Circuit City. I couldn't believe the deals they had on all their merchandise. Everything was on sale.The reason I am posting this is because Circuit City sells a lot of different batteries. I bought probably 5 packs of batteries for the price I usually pay for 3. I'm not talking about little packs of 4, I bought the big economy packs. At the location I went to, all the batteries were 25% off. They have all different brands and types of batteries too.
If you have a Circuit City near you I would suggest going and getting some good deals. One of the associates told me that different stores vary on the different sales. Everything is on sale at all the stores but some are cheaper than others. I go through a lot of batteries in my house and now I have no worries of running out anytime soon.
