Nicad Batteries

Nicad also known as NiCd or Nickel Cadmium batteries are widely used for laptop computers and other gadgets.

But with its advantages, it also has a lot of disadvantages.

Nicad ares batteries with a positive nickel hydroxide terminal and a negative cadmium terminal within an electrolyte solution that contains hydroxyl or OH- ions.
